"Before speaking to and working with James I’d have considered myself a relatively competent gym-goer. I stopped playing football regularly in favour of going to the gym, and would go 4-5 nights a week, normally training 1-2 body parts per session and could execute a variety of exercises with decent form. My dieting was not structured in the slightest, and I had no real clue about the nutritional value of what I was eating. Whilst I thought I was competent when it came to training, I really wasn’t.
