The most important tip for training biceps

To fully lengthen the bicep at the bottom of any bicep movement, focus on contracting the antagonist muscle group (the tricep).

This will ensure a full range of movement and force you to initiate the movement with the bicep (assuming you have control over the weight being used).

This will take some time getting used to, but it is well worth a go next time you are training the guns .
