Just wanted to say thank you for putting in the time to publish these articles and videos, they are very helpful. I accidently discovered you on social media. I'm 32 year old male, been going to gym mostly using machines for 2 years, but got a personal trainer during the summer and I'm now spending lots of time in the weights area. :)
